2026 SHOWMOBILE FEES & INSTRUCTIONS

1. Applications must be filled out and returned at least four (4) weeks prior to the event. Applications are accepted on the first business day in January of each year. Applications submitted with the fee are given priority. (email: scparks@suffolkcountyny.gov)

2. FEE SCHEDULE: Cash (in person), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders or Organization Checks made payable to Suffolk County Dept. of Parks (NO PERSONAL CHECKS). Payment MUST be made within 5 business days of a processed application, otherwise your reservation will be canceled.

$135.00 Each additional hour *fees subject to change
Generator $135.00 per day
Additional Staging $250.00 per day

3. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: A certificate of insurance naming COUNTY OF SUFFOLK as an additional insured must be filed prior to event as follows: Comprehensive General Liability and Per Occurrence in the amount of $2,000,000 including liability, bodily injury and property damage.

4. SHOWMOBILE SPECIFICATIONS: Equipped with a PA System, 30 Chairs and 20 Music Stands, if needed. Call the Administration Office for additional specifications.

5. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the Parks Operation Office at 631-854-4949 one week prior to the event to confirm date, location and special equipment requested. In the event of cancellation, please contact 631-854-4998 at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, may result in the Parks department rejecting future reservations.
