2025 Group Camping Information

Thank you for your interest in Group Camping with Suffolk County Parks! Please complete the following application. Once your application and Group Roster have been recieved, please allow at least 14 business days for the application to be processed. You will recieve an email once your reservation has been made.

In addition to the application, a Group Roster must submitted and filled out in its entirety or the application will be rejected. A Group Roster is required to be completed and submitted at the time of application submission; necessary roster adjustments will be accepted in writing up to 45-days prior to the first day of the reservation. Group Roster adjustments will not be accepted after that date. The Group Roster must list all of the families that are expected to arrive during the camping trip. This is required to properly track payment and ensure that all campers are charged according to their Green Key Card status, or lack thereof. Only individuals/families listed on the Roster will be allowed to check-in at the campground for the group camping reservation. If an individual or family is not listed on the roster and attempts to check-in, they will be asked to purchase a site through our walk-up reservation process.

Once you have filled out this form, please save a copy to your computer and upload it with your application. If you are not able to upload the roster, you may email it to SCParks@suffolkcountyny.gov. We will not process applications that do not have a COMPLETED roster form.
